We can provide all cleaning equipment and products if required for both regular and one-off services.

Clients must inform in advance if they prefer to provide their own products.
A £30 booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This fee is non-refundable if the service is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the service.
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled. Cancellations within less than 24 hours will result in loss of the booking fee. Same-day cancellations may be charged in full depending on the situation.
Same-day or urgent bookings may be available depending on availability.
An additional £25 urgency fee will apply.
